United Mission exists to make mission support, training, resources, and connections more accessible to churches, organisations, and individuals engaged in cross-cultural ministry.
Mission is deeply rewarding but it’s rarely simple. Cross-cultural workers need thorough preparation. Churches need the confidence to support their people well. Organisations working across cultures face real challenges: leadership development, staff care, security, cultural understanding, and sustainable growth.
Our aim is simple: we serve you, so you can serve others well.
United Mission listens first, works collaboratively and strengthens what is already happening.
Most of this work happens behind the scenes, supporting ministries already serving in their own contexts rather than stepping in to take their place.

United Mission brings together academic expertise from the UK and more than 17 years of practical experience serving alongside churches, ministries and organisations across 55+ countries.
That experience spans missionary preparation and university lecturing to refugee support, anti-trafficking security training, NGO staff development, and organisational development for humanitarian projects.
